Our licensed nurses and clinical professionals are available around the clock to provide medication management, IV services, wound care, monitoring, and personalized support for both short term rehab and long term care needs. With 75 skilled nursing beds and a warm, home-like atmosphere, residents can focus on comfort and healing while staying close to friends and loved ones. Families appreciate our open communication, individualized care planning, and the confidence that comes from being supported by a highly trained and compassionate team.
The Therapy Center at Laurel Lake provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies six days a week, helping residents regain strength, improve mobility, recover after surgery, and rebuild essential skills. Therapists create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals and medical needs, whether they are recovering from a joint replacement, stroke, cardiac event, neurological condition, or injury. Specialized services such as aquatic therapy, balance training, respiratory support, diabetes management, podiatry care, and psychological or psychiatric services are available on site. This comprehensive approach helps residents progress safely and steadily, with guidance at every step.
The Crown Center at Laurel Lake offers more than skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Residents benefit from three delicious daily meals served in cheerful dining rooms, daily activities coordinated by recreational and music therapists, chaplain support, and access to Laurel Lake’s campus amenities including the Fitness & Aquatic Center, Library, Colony Shop, Salon, and beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyards and recreational spaces. Vacation and respite care are available for families who need temporary support. Individuals living with cognitive impairment can receive supportive services within Greenwood Assisted Living or at The Crown Center, depending on the level of need. Hospice services are available for residents who require comfort-focused end of life care.
