Laurel Lake Retirement Community Receives 2026 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights

HUDSON, OH – Laurel Lake Retirement Community is excited to announce that we have received the 2026 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, a leading satisfaction management firm for senior living communities and long term care facilities across North America.

In fact, Laurel Lake received Customer Experience Awards for all three levels of care – Independent Living, Greenwood Assisted Living, and Crown Center Skilled Nursing – within its 150-acre campus. This recognizes Laurel Lake’s outstanding performance in Customer Experience for 2025 and solidifies our position in the top echelon of care providers nationwide.
