Starting Salary: $90,462.00 - $144,738.00
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to local, state and federal regulations in the overall operations of the Crown Center, inclusive of annual surveys and PBJ reporting.
- Monitors the QAPI program to promote the quality of care for all residents.
- Ensures and demonstrates excellent customer service.
- Reviews contracts in collaboration with the Director of Assisted Living for outside services, vendors and programs to assure compliance with regulations.
- Maintains good rapport/open communication with staff, residents, vendors, families, visitors, etc.
- Prepares and adheres to operational budgets and goals.
- Supervise and hold accountable the staff within Admissions, Social Services, Nursing Administration, Programming, and Mission.
- Adheres to Laurel Lake’s purpose, values, management philosophy, etc.
- Markets to both internal and external potential residents for skilled nursing.
- Risk Manager
- Corporate Compliance Officer
- Work in connection with CEO to hold other Director’s accountable for areas under their supervision such as Dining, Environmental Services and Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Nursing Home Administration, Health Care Administration, or Gerontology
Licensure, Certification and Registration:
Current State of Ohio Nursing Home Administrator’s License
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in administration of a multi-leveled environment; knowledge of finances and reimbursement systems
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for senior care services
Preferred experience with Corporate Compliance & Risk Management
