SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform direct resident care for each resident in his or her assigned area.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
EXPERIENCE:
Retirement Community setting experience preferred.

PRINCIPAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Resident care and report all unusual findings/changes to Charge Nurses, Caring Hands Coordinator and or Wellness Nurse.
- Provide assistance with sorting mail and/or pick up, clerical help, pet care(including dog walking), watering plants, closet cleaning and organizing, packing/unpacking/moving in-house
- Assist in other areas and or shifts as needed to ensure appropriate care for all facility residents (including covering other shifts on a rotating basis as requested.
- Maintain CPR/FIRST AIDE certification
- Maintain appropriate documentation in a timely manner
