Laurel Lake Hospice helps adults and their families live as fully as possible during an advanced illness. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and hope while respecting the choices of patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.

Our hospice team of clinical professionals, trained caregivers and volunteers delivers care to individuals staying anywhere within the campus of Laurel Lake Retirement Community - in apartments or villas, Greenwood assisted living, or Crown Center skilled nursing.

Together, our team works with patients and their caregivers to provide expert care, counseling, education, and a holistic care plan that includes pain management, symptom control and bereavement support.

Laurel Lake has joined with Northeast Ohio Hospice to offer choices for end-of-life care as part of our commitment to provide the full spectrum of aging services. Northeast Ohio Hospice was accredited in July 2016 by the Accreditation Commission of Health Care (ACHC). Laurel Lake Hospice is made possible in part through an establishment grant and ongoing support from The Laurel Lake Foundation.
